In brief
Nine major Dynamics 365, Power Platform and e-invoicing events have published 2027 dates: AI Agent & Copilot Summit (Chula Vista, 30 March), Directions North America (New Orleans, 18 April), DynamicsCon (Las Vegas, 17 May), DynamicsMinds (Portoroz, 24 May), ECS (Dusseldorf, 31 May), Directions ASIA (Kuala Lumpur, 2 June), the European Power Platform Conference (Dublin, 14 June), BC TechDays (Antwerp, 17 June) and the E-Invoicing Exchange Summit (Dubai, 22 March). The autumn half of the calendar is still blank. Directions for Enterprise, Community Summit North America, Directions EMEA, the Power Platform Community Conference and Microsoft Ignite all run their 2026 editions between 23 September and 20 November 2026, and that is when their 2027 dates land. For UK and EU F&SCM delivery the strongest dated option is DynamicsMinds in May, and a September budget line should be held for Directions for Enterprise.
Conference budgets for 2027 get signed off in the next few weeks. Nine events worth attending already carry firm dates, and they cluster heavily in the first half of the year. Almost everything in the second half is still blank.
That is not an accident. The organisers of the big autumn events announce the next edition at the current one, and every one of those 2026 editions runs between 23 September and 20 November. The 2027 calendar fills itself in over the next ten weeks.
There is a second reason to plan earlier this year. Microsoft is retiring the twice-yearly release wave communication model, and Release Planner goes offline on 15 November 2026. The two fixed points where product change met programme planning are gone. Roadmap signal now arrives continuously, in fragments. A conference keynote is one of the few places it still arrives concentrated, with the product group in the room.

Two more e-invoicing events carry a season but no dates. The Exchange Summit returns to Miami in spring 2027 and to Singapore in autumn 2027.
One change worth noting in the European calendar. The three co-located Cologne summits, European Collaboration Summit, European AI & Cloud Summit and European BizApps Summit, are billed for 2027 as ECS in Düsseldorf on 31 May to 2 June. Whether the BizApps track keeps a separate brand has not been published.
Not dated yet, and the week to watch
None of these has a published 2027 date. Each runs its 2026 edition on the dates in the middle column, and that is where the announcement lands.

If your 2027 plan depends on any of these, put a diary reminder in the week after each 2026 edition instead of checking the sites monthly.
Where to go and why
If you deliver F&SCM in the UK or EU
The most relevant event of the year, Directions for Enterprise, has no 2027 date. That is the single biggest gap in this calendar, and it should close during the Copenhagen edition later this month. Hold a September budget line for it.
Of what is already dated, DynamicsMinds is the strongest European option. It runs a dedicated Finance & Operations track alongside Business Central, Customer Engagement and Power Platform, which suits a delivery team that spans more than one app.
ECS 2027 covers the layer that decides whether an F&SCM programme survives contact with reality: Dataverse, Fabric, integration architecture and reporting.
If Power Platform and integration is your differentiator
EPPC 2027 in Dublin on 14 to 17 June is the obvious first pick, and Dublin is a short hop from most UK airports. Four days, a full-day tutorial included with the four-day ticket, and content that skews towards what actually breaks at scale: environment strategy, pipelines, CoE patterns, security boundaries, monitoring.
Pair it with the Power Platform Community Conference once the 2027 date appears, or with ECS if you want more Dynamics in the mix.
If agents are on your 2027 roadmap
AI Agent & Copilot Summit NA on 30 March to 1 April is the only event on this list built entirely around Copilot Studio, agents and Azure AI Foundry on the Microsoft stack. It is a US trip for a UK team, so it earns its place only if agent work is a real 2027 commitment rather than a slide.
The cheaper route is to wait for PPCC dates and decide in November.
If your practice spans Business Central
Three dated options. Directions North America in New Orleans on 18 to 20 April is partner-only and strategy-heavy. BC TechDays in Antwerp on 17 to 18 June is developer-deep and easy to reach from the UK. Directions ASIA in Kuala Lumpur on 2 to 4 June matters if you serve APAC customers. Directions EMEA remains the main European fixture, and its 2027 date follows the Paris event in October.
If compliance drives the roadmap
The E-Invoicing Exchange Summit series is not a Dynamics event, and that is the point. It is where tax authorities, service providers and large filers argue about mandate detail long before it reaches an ERP release note. Dubai is dated for 22 to 24 March 2027. The European edition, the one that matters most for EU mandate work, has no 2027 date and should follow the Berlin edition at the start of October.
Two things to check before booking
June is crowded. EPPC in Dublin runs 14 to 17 June and BC TechDays in Antwerp runs 17 to 18 June. They overlap on the 17th. If your team covers both the platform and Business Central, that is two people or one compromise.
Five events land in five weeks. DynamicsCon on 17 May, DynamicsMinds on 24 May, ECS on 31 May, Directions ASIA on 2 June, EPPC on 14 June. Picking two is a plan. Picking four is a month of no delivery.
How to build the 2027 plan now
Book the first-half events at early-bird pricing, because those dates will not move. Hold budget lines rather than bookings for the autumn, and review them in the second week of November, by which point Directions for Enterprise, Summit NA, Directions EMEA and PPCC will all have announced.
For a UK or EU F&SCM practice, the defensible shape is one flagship plus one specialist. Directions for Enterprise once it is dated, plus either DynamicsMinds or EPPC depending on whether your differentiator is ERP delivery or the platform around it. Everything else is optional.
